AAPT APN settings for Nokia 800 Tough

To configure AAPT APN settings with Nokia 800 Tough follow below steps.

AAPT Internet APN settings

Press Menu and go to Settings Connectivity Dual SIM Mobile Data Connection.

Turn on Mobile Data Connection

Select Mobile Data Access Points and select the SIM.
Select Options Add

Username:
Password:
Authentication Type: Normal
Address type: IPv4
Select Advanced Settings

Save the settings.

AAPT MMS APN settings

To activate MMS go to Settings Connectivity Dual SIM Mobile Data Access Points and select the SIM.
Select Options Add

Enter Name: AAPT 3
Access Point Name: live.vodafone.com
Username:
Password:
Authentication Type: Normal
Address type: IPv4

Select Advanced Settings
Homepage: pxt.vodafone.net.au/pxtsend
Proxy address:10.202.2.60
Proxy port: 80

Save the settings.
Go to Main Menu and select Messaging.
Select Options Message settings MMS Access Point
Select SIM and choose AAPT 3

For Nokia 800 Tough, when you type AAPT APN settings, make sure you enter APN settings in correct case. For example, if you are entering AAPT Internet APN settings make sure you enter APN as vfinternet.au and not as VFINTERNET.AU or Vfinternet.au. If entering AAPT MMS APN settings above to your Nokia 800 Tough, APN should be entered as live.vodafone.com and not as LIVE.VODAFONE.COM or Live.vodafone.com.
