amaysim APN settings for BlackBerry Passport

BlackBerry Passport is compatible with amaysim HSDPA and amaysim LTE.

amaysim Internet APN settings

On the homescreen, swipe down from the top.

Tap Settings, and then tap Network Connections.

Tap Mobile Network.

Tap APN at the bottom of the screen.

Enter the following information:

Access Point Name (APN) = Internet
Username =
Password =

Tap Save


Return to home screen.

amaysim MMS APN settings

Slide your finger left on the display to open the main menu.

Open Text Messages.
Press the dots.
Press Settings and select Text Messages.
Select MMS.

Press Advanced and enter the following details.

APN = mms
MMSC URL = http://mmsc.optus.com.au:8002/
Proxy URL = 61.88.190.10:8070

Press Save.


Return to home screen.

For BlackBerry Passport, when you type amaysim APN settings, make sure you enter APN settings in correct case. For example, if you are entering amaysim Internet APN settings make sure you enter APN as Internet and not as INTERNET or Internet. If entering amaysim MMS APN settings above to your BlackBerry Passport, APN should be entered as mms and not as MMS or Mms.
