For Microsoft Lumia 950, when you type Belong Mobile APN settings, make sure you enter APN settings in correct case. For example, if you are entering Belong Mobile Internet & MMS APN settings make sure you enter APN as mdata.net.au and not as MDATA.NET.AU or Mdata.net.au.
