Restart Nokia 8.1 Plus to apply new Belong Mobile 2 APN settings.
For Nokia 8.1 Plus, when you type Belong Mobile APN settings, make sure you enter APN settings in correct case. For example, if you are entering Belong Mobile Internet & MMS APN settings make sure you enter APN as mdata.net.au and not as MDATA.NET.AU or Mdata.net.au.
