Belong Mobile APN settings for Nokia Lumia Icon

Select Data connection and turn this On.
Enable Highest connection speed
Tap Add Internet APN

Open cellular settings, in the App list, tap Settings Cellular.
Tap Add MMS APN
Make below changes to the configuration

MMSC (URL): http://mmsc.mdata.net.au
MMSC port: 8003
Maximum MMS size: 1MB
IP type: IPv4
Tap Save

For Nokia Lumia Icon, when you type Belong Mobile APN settings, make sure you enter APN settings in correct case. For example, if you are entering Belong Mobile Internet & MMS APN settings make sure you enter APN as mdata.net.au and not as MDATA.NET.AU or Mdata.net.au.
