ZTE Blade X9 is not compatible with Belong Mobile HSDPA and compatible with Belong Mobile LTE 50%.

ZTE Blade X9 does not appear to be fully compatible with Belong Mobile at this time. It will only support Belong Mobile 4G LTE only in certain areas of Australia. Please check the compatibility of ZTE Blade X9 with Belong Mobile for more details.

For ZTE Blade X9, when you type Belong Mobile APN settings, make sure you enter APN settings in correct case. For example, if you are entering Belong Mobile Internet & MMS APN settings make sure you enter APN as mdata.net.au and not as MDATA.NET.AU or Mdata.net.au.
