Restart vivo U10 to apply new Dodo 3 APN settings.
For vivo U10, when you type Dodo APN settings, make sure you enter APN settings in correct case. For example, if you are entering Dodo Internet APN settings make sure you enter APN as Internet and not as INTERNET or Internet. If entering Dodo MMS APN settings above to your vivo U10, APN should be entered as MMS and not as mms or Mms.
