Restart Nokia 8.1 Plus to apply new Exetel 1 APN settings.
For Nokia 8.1 Plus, when you type Exetel APN settings, make sure you enter APN settings in correct case. For example, if you are entering Exetel Internet APN settings make sure you enter APN as exetel1 and not as EXETEL1 or Exetel1.
