Restart TECNO Spark 3 Pro to apply new iiNet 3 APN settings.

For TECNO Spark 3 Pro, when you type iiNet APN settings, make sure you enter APN settings in correct case. For example, if you are entering iiNet Internet APN settings make sure you enter APN as internet and not as INTERNET or Internet.
