vivo X9s is compatible with iPrimus HSDPA and iPrimus LTE 50%.

To configure iPrimus APN settings with vivo X9s follow below steps.

Press on right top corner.

For vivo X9s, when you type iPrimus APN settings, make sure you enter APN settings in correct case. For example, if you are entering iPrimus Internet APN settings make sure you enter APN as primuslns1 and not as PRIMUSLNS1 or Primuslns1.
