Sorry, but it does not look like Allview W1s will work on PennyTel. But please note that the compatibility of Allview W1s with PennyTel, or the PennyTel network support on Allview W1s we have explained here is only a technical specification match between Allview W1s and PennyTel network. Even Allview W1s is listed as not compatible here, still PennyTel network can allow (rarely) Allview W1s in their network with special agreements made between PennyTel and Allview. Therefore, this only explains if the commonly available versions of Allview W1s will work properly on PennyTel or not, if so in which bands Allview W1s will work on PennyTel and the network performance between PennyTel and Allview W1s.
