Sorry, but it does not look like XOLO One will work on Telstra. But please note that the compatibility of XOLO One with Telstra, or the Telstra network support on XOLO One we have explained here is only a technical specification match between XOLO One and Telstra network. Even XOLO One is listed as not compatible here, still Telstra network can allow (rarely) XOLO One in their network with special agreements made between Telstra and XOLO. Therefore, this only explains if the commonly available versions of XOLO One will work properly on Telstra or not, if so in which bands XOLO One will work on Telstra and the network performance between Telstra and XOLO One.
